Rates

$190 for a 60-minute session

If paying out of pocket, you will be provided a Good Faith Estimate Letter outlining potential costs for treatment.

Helpful questions you can ask your insurance company:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is there a difference for in network and out of network allowable amounts covered?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hour advance notice required to change or cancel a session. If you do not provide at least 24 hour advance notice or do not show up for a scheduled appointment, our policy is to charge a late cancellation/no-show fee of $55. As courtesy during these uncertain times due to COVID-19, we are offering a reduced rate with the understanding that you will be charged regardless of the circumstances. Insurance does not pay for late cancellation or no-show sessions. We very much appreciate your understanding and consideration of our policy.
