Break free of fighting, hiding, and shaming – A Journey of Self-Discovery Group for Men Survivors of Childhood Trauma and Abuse
Come join other men to find some understanding and relief to the hell you have carried alone for so many years. It takes tremendous courage to face your demons from your past, but the reward of finding freedom from your emotional bondage is well worth braving your fears as you will benefit from the support and encouragement from other survivors.
Come find your way back to feeling whole again as a man, person, and authentic self. We will learn to honor our unique gifts in whom we really are through self-exploration using sport and play, music, and creative building
Group scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 9-11 am. Cost is $25 per session. Participants need to attend a free 50 minute Individual Session for Group suitability evaluation and enrollment. To ensure Group safety and cohesiveness, participants are required to commit to and pay in advance for four consecutive Group sessions at time of enrollment.
